The purple colour, currant and floral aromas, moderate tartness, combined with earthy nose, make this rich Merlot a beautifully balanced ensemble.
Served at room temperature (16-18˚C), our Merlot perfectly suites fuller-flavored dishes of meat; richer fishes such as grilled tuna; wealthier cheeses; mushrooms and vegetarian dishes; and will elegantly finish a chocolate muse as well.

Cherry in colour, ripe, rich and lively, with layers of black cherry and plum, it finishes with crisp, lively tannins and acidity, pleasantly balanced.
Served at room temperature (16-18˚C), our Pinot will elegantly accompany lighter flavored meat, vegetables, chicken, various pastas, lighter cheeses and vegetarian dishes.

Vranec

This sort of winegrapes originated in this area and are the most common type grown in Macedonia. Tikves vineyards, maybe the best possible place on Earth to grow the Vranec, is giving our Vranec conditions to reach its heights, while implementing a strong and impressive terroire.
The careful and the sophisticated process under which this wine passes through, results in dark, ripe and rich wine, with a wonderful integration of spicy, black cherry, plum, currant and herbal notes, picking up a mocha nuance, with heavy dusty tannins running through the finish.
Served at room temperature (16-18˚C), our Vranec is a real challenge to chose a meal with, because its richness of tastes allow you to even drink it by itself.

The bright amber colour, pineapple, apricot and honey aromas, refreshingly elegant and sophisticated, with a long, detailed aftertaste, our Chardonnay gives an unforgettable experience.
Chilled at 10-12˚C our Chardonnay will nicely accompany stronger dishes of meat; cream and buttery sauces; richer fishes as salmon and fruit based deserts as well.

Light ruby in color, ripe and rich , with fruit drop tones, where the strawberry is the dominant one, with wild flowers aromas, the wine, with light lively tannins and sourness, finishes into a harmonic refreshing taste.
Lightly chilled (14-16˚C), our "Bistro Rosso" may elegantly accompany lighter meats, vegetables, poultry dishes, as well as various pasta, lighter cheeses and vegetarian food.

The name of this great historic person is chosen to be the name of our Quality Wine Line, to express how long the tradition of fine winemaking is in this area.
The most extraordinary career in the history of mankind is the one of Alexander the Great, also well known as Alexander of Macedonia.
In 336 B.C., at the age of 20 he became the King of the ancient Macedonia.
In a period of ten years he expanded his kingdom into the greatest empire in the history of men, covering territories between ancient Macedonia and India, including Greece, Syria, Egypt, Mesopotamia, Persia.
He died very young, at the age of 33, leaving us puzzled of what the history of man would develop into, if he had lived longer.
Alexander the Man, besides being a great leader and conqueror, was a great aesthete and admirer of beautiful things, among which good wine held a very important place.
The name of this great historic person is chosen to be the name of our Exclusive Wine Line, to express how long the tradition of fine winemaking is in this area.
Tracing this tradition that continuous through the Eastern Roman Empire, Byzantine Empire and the Middle Century Monastery wine-cellars, the art of fine winemaking comes to the contemporary wine-masters, who are result of this great tradition, with all its specifics and secrets, combined with the knowledge of the modern wine industry, that makes our wine so special and unique.

在人类的历史上，亚力山大帝，又名马其顿亚力山大的名声之盛是无与伦比的。公元前336年，刚满20岁的他就登上了古马其顿国王的宝座。十年之内他竟把这个王国扩展成人类历史上一个最大的帝国，其疆土从马其顿一直延伸到印度，包括希腊、叙利亚、埃及、美索不达米亚、波斯。
他早年英逝，才33岁，给我们留下一个悬念，如果他多活几年，人类历史的发展将会是什么样子？
亚力山大不仅是一位伟大的领袖和征服者，而且是一位高明的鉴赏家。他赞美美好的事物，尤其喜爱美酒。
这位历史伟人的名字被用来命名我们这条非凡的酿酒线，以表明我们这一地区有着悠久的美酒佳酿传统。这一传统后来又传播到东罗马帝国、拜占廷帝国和中世纪的寺院地窖，一直到当代，由我们的酿酒大师继承了优质美酒制作艺术，包括它的特种工艺和秘方，又吸取了现代制酒工业技术，使我们的美酒富有特色，美不可比。

The most common, autohtonous, white wine grape grown in Tikves vineyards, also the most popular white wine among local wine lovers. Hand harvested grapes, carefully processed by our wine masters, results in light and bright citrus colour, pleasantly balanced, with lively sourness running through the finish.
Chilled at 10-12˚C, it will pleasantly accompany lighter dishes of poultry and fish, fruit salads and refresh the wine lover in the summer nights.

Vranec 2001
This sort of wine grapes originated in this area, are the most common type grown in Macedonia. Tikves vineyards are making our Vranec to reach its heights, implementing it's specific teroire. The careful vinification results in dark and ripe wine, with integration of currant and herbal notes, balanced with lively tannins in the finish. Served at room temperature (16-18˚C) our Vranec will pleasantly follow heavier dishes of pork and stronger fishes, cheese and chocolate based deserts.
